What a bean is
Reading a channel, comparing plans and answering a question all cost model time. Rather than hiding that in a tier, we price it in one unit you can attach to an action — so you can work out what a month costs before you spend it.
A five-channel Slack synced daily lands near 1,500 beans a month — most syncs find nothing new, and work already compared is never compared twice.
If a month runs long
Bought beans never expire. And a scheduled sync can never spend them, or buy more — background work only ever draws on the allowance your plan already includes, so nothing running at 3am can put a charge on your card.
What happens when I run out?
New model work stops. Everything already found stays exactly where it is — conflicts, evidence, the decision record, exports and share links all keep working. Running out costs you the next answer, never the ones you already paid for.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan connects one source and finds real conflicts in it. If it never finds anything worth acting on, you will not have spent anything.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings, through Stripe's own portal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is the price per seat?
No. Invite everyone — the whole point is that both sides of a disagreement can see the same evidence, and charging per head would work against that.
