Terms of Service
Last updated 16 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Cappuccino. By creating an account or joining a workspace, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate details, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be authorised to act on behalf of any organisation whose workspace you create.
Connecting your tools
When you connect Slack, GitHub, Jira, or Google Drive, you confirm you are permitted to grant Cappuccino read access to the channels, repositories, projects, or files you select. You remain responsible for what you choose to ingest — in particular, for not connecting sources containing data you are contractually or legally barred from processing this way. You can disconnect a source at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cappuccino to:
- access a workspace, source, or account you are not authorised to access
- ingest content you have no right to, or that is unlawful to process
- attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
- resell or redistribute the service without permission
What the product does and does not promise
Cappuccino uses large language models to extract plans from your content and flag where they appear to conflict. These are inferences, not facts. Extractions can miss things, misattribute ownership, or surface conflicts that turn out not to be real. Every finding links back to the source text precisely so you can check it. Treat the output as a prompt to go and look, never as a substitute for confirming with the teams involved, and do not rely on it alone for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any level of uptime, and features may change or be withdrawn. Ingestion depends on third-party APIs that may rate-limit, change, or become unavailable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You may stop using Cappuccino and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, or where required by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
